Breakfast was a feast with a huge range of delicious local and international dishes. The bottomless Arabian coffee in the foyer was a lovely touch. Try the scrumptious sandwiches-perfect for sating those cravings!

The location turned out to be nice, really close to all shops and utilities, a ' Coffee shop ' that was in partial darkness and other than the staff who really work hard. We had a well decorated room with a bath. The place had a WARM atmosphere.

Location very close to a taxi at 1am after a long flight, and the center. Abundant morning meal in the restaurant.

Ensure to check the Wi-Fi availability before your work needs arise, as the connection can often be unstable during peak times.

Location is good.

Short of staff, on fornt desk one staff serving 5 guest I take 25 minutes to check in as well on check out.

Comfortable for business visits

Difficult to locate, there are three holiday inns in almost same location and GPS is not updated with Holiday inn Olaya It is taking to other locations since all are in Olaya

The room felt dark due to insufficient lighting!!! Signage to the hotel needs improvement, as taxi drivers couldn't find the right entrance!!! The overall furniture appears outdated even in newer sections!!!

The staff is excellent and attentive to your every request

Great breakfast but some room quirks

Had a fun 3-night stay! The breakfast spread was wow-so many yummy options, loved that bottomless coffee! The staff was super friendly too, especially when I needed extra towels. But the lights in my room were kinda dim, hard to see sometimes. All in all, a decent spot for a short trip!

Pillows are not soft enough (although marked as soft)

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The ladies' gym provided a nice touch and was well-equipped. I enjoyed the relaxing pool view which added to the overall ambiance of my stay.

I found the bathroom in the older building to be in poor condition.

- spacious rooms - very well equipped - big bed - relatively quite (of course you can hear morning prayers) - fantastic selection for breakfast - helpful staff

- the water was not warm enough for taking bath or even relaxing shower (even after 10 minutes) - the fridge was not possible to use for your own drink - sealed (open = pay)
